Modern medicine, tapped into ancient roots.
A private practice built on a simple idea: your care should be calibrated to your body — and conscious of your way of life, your way of worship, and your way of thinking. Modern medicine, grounded in the roots you already come from.
In-person at our clinic — patients travel from across the country and around the world for this program.
Good care isn't the ceiling.
South Asian patients are, by and large, getting good care. That was never the problem I set out to fix. The problem was that good got treated as the ceiling — when it could be better, more specific, more optimized for who we actually are.
I kept hearing the same things, from patients and from my own family. Generic diet plans handed out without a second look at what was actually on the plate. Vegetarians told, plainly, to start eating meat — as if that were the simpler fix. Advice built around a version of family life, food, and faith that didn't look like ours.
Our risk factors are different. Our lifestyle is different — the way we eat, the way we worship, the households we live in. None of that is a complication to work around. Understood correctly, it's an advantage: a faster, more accurate way to actually take care of people.
That's the practice I wanted to build — one where that understanding is the starting point, not an afterthought, for individuals, for families, and for the community we're part of.
Here is exactly what happens, start to finish.
No guessing what comes next, and nothing rushed. Six steps, one coordinated relationship with your physician.
The Discovery Call
A focused conversation — by phone or video — before you ever come in. We talk through what's bringing you here, your goals, and your family history, and begin pulling together your existing medical records so nothing gets duplicated or missed on day one.
Your Assessment Day
Everything happens in one visit, at the clinic: a full blood panel drawn on-site, a complete physical exam, Proteus fitness and movement testing, and a full body composition scan. One day, one place — no shuttling between labs and specialists over several weeks.
The Full Picture
Your new results are combined with a careful review of your outside medical records and a detailed personal and family history — including diet, sleep, stress, and the home remedies and habits you already practice. Nothing about your care starts from a blank page.
Your Results Visit
A dedicated follow-up where I walk you through your numbers in plain language — including risk scores calculated specifically for South Asian bodies, not the generic Western thresholds most labs default to.
Your Plan
One treatment plan, built around you: modern medicine where it's precise and proven, and the home remedies, food wisdom, and daily rhythms you likely grew up with — not dismissed as old-fashioned, but built into your care with the same rigor as everything else.
Staying With You
Follow-up is built into the relationship, not left to chance — scheduled check-ins, direct access to me, and adjustments to your plan as your life and your numbers change. This is what concierge care actually means: continuous, not episodic.
One process. Two ways to continue.
Every patient goes through the same in-depth assessment — the exam, the blood work, the history, the fitness and body composition testing. Where you go from there is up to you.

Why we don't bill insurance — and what that buys you instead
This isn't a workaround. The kind of care above simply doesn't fit inside how insurance is built to pay for medicine — so we built the practice around what actually serves you instead.
Time is the honest reason. Insurance reimbursement is built around brief, high-volume visits — it isn't designed to pay for a 90-minute exam, a same-day panel, and a fitness assessment together. Coordination is the second. Run through insurance, those same components typically require separate referrals and prior authorizations across different specialists, stretching a single assessment into months. And because patients come to this practice from anywhere in the world, a transparent, direct model works identically whether you're seeing us from down the street or from overseas — insurance networks, by design, would not.
